Order Verification Policy & Process

To ensure the accuracy and the security of your order delivery, we have implemented a thorough order verification process. Here’s what you need to know:

1. Why We Verify Orders

At Nikway Garments, we are committed to providing a secure and efficient shopping experience for our customers. Order verification helps us confirm your delivery address and contact details, ensuring that your order reaches you promptly and securely and prevents any fraudulent transactions.

2. How We Verify Orders

When you place an order with us, our Customer Support Team will reach out to you to verify your details within 24-48 hours. To facilitate a smooth verification process, you can either:

  • Answer the call from our Customer Support when you receive it on your phone.
  • Or reply to our follow-up email or WhatsApp message with a suitable time slot within our working hours by when we can call you back.

Note: Verification will only be conducted via phone call.

3. Impact on Order Processing

Please note that your order will be put on hold until we successfully complete the verification process. Your order will be cancelled by the end of the 7th day from the date of ordering if verification does not happen within these days. In case of cancellation of a prepaid order, a refund will be initiated after the 7th day.

Return & Exchange Policy for Nikwayindia

At Nikway Garments, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase you make from our website. However, we understand that there might be situations where you need to return or exchange a product. Below is our Return & Exchange Policy to guide you through the process:

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The return or exchange request must be initiated within 15 days from the date of product delivery.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

We are dedicated to upholding the utmost standards of health, hygiene, and safety for our customers. To maintain these standards, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used and dusted products.
  • Products received more than 15 days ago or offered via special promotions.

3. How to Return or Replace a Product

  • Contact our customer support team within 15 working days if you wish to return or replace a product.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide necessary instructions and shipping details.
  • After verifying your concern, we will initiate a return pickup. Once the returned item is successfully delivered to us, we will process your refund or replacement based on your choice.
  • If the return is not delivered to us even after 10 days, we will initiate the refund or exchange on the 11th day after return creation.
  • If you opt for a refund or partial refund (in case of exchange), we will process the refund to your original payment method, excluding any applicable shipping charges. If you opt for replacement, we’ll create a replacement order for you.
  • If the product fails to pass QC during pickup, you will not be eligible for replacement or return. Re-alignment of QC will not be possible.
  • Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive the returned product.
